We are excited and honored to inform you that Gaea North America’s launch was announced yesterday’s print issue of The New York Times (circulation: 2,022,850) in the “Front Burner” column of the Food section. Author & Food Critic, Florence Fabricant highlighted Gaea Fresh, Kalamata, Sitia & Sparta Oils under the headline, “To Drizzle: An Olive Oil for Every Occasion.” Fabricant described Gaea oils as, “distinctive and reasonably priced” and touched upon the differentiating factors of each of the four varieties. A prominent image of all four Gaea bottles was also included.
Gaea North America has worked hard in the last 90 days to gain significant retail placement of the oils to ensure this amazing press wouldn’t be wasted. The New York Times expressed interest in exclusively announcing Gaea’s entry into the marketplace, but with the caveat that consumers could find the oils on New York Metro store shelves.
